...a must have, and my new favorite dish is "Godzilla meets Fried Green Tomatoes...a must try, although some might find it too rich...to die for and the stuffed redfish was unbelievable...a must, as well as blackened anything...not to be missed...

...to die for, my party include my just married daughter...all excellent choices; one of the best wine cellars in the South...unsurpassed on this planet...a must try because mainly of the heavenly whiskey sauce...a must for dessert...the best souffle/bread pudding in the country...

...tough and flavorless...disappoint. I also tried some fried alligator since I have never tried it I had...Get the grits and fried alligator sausage. Im not a big alligator eater,...oysters, boudin balls, cochon and fried alligator - one cannot possibly go wrong...
